New Regulations Announced

New regulations under the Strata Property Act requiring Depreciation Reports (with some exceptions), changing voting requirements for Contingency Reserve Fund contributions and modifying the standard Form B have been announced.

 

These changes have been designed to improve the governance of strata corporations and protect purchasers and owners.
