New Regulations Announced
New regulations under the Strata Property Act requiring Depreciation Reports (with some exceptions), changing voting requirements for Contingency Reserve Fund contributions and modifying the standard Form B have been announced.
These changes have been designed to improve the governance of strata corporations and protect purchasers and owners.

Condominium Homeowners Association of B.C. (CHOA)
CHOA is a non-profit association that promotes the understanding of strata property living and the interests of strata property owners by providing advisory services, education, advocacy, publications and resources and support for its members.
